Warren Ross, M.D.
Medical Director, Integrative Medicine at Crossroads

Dr. Ross is the founding member of Crossroads Medical Associated, an 11-provider primary care adult medicine group. He has created the sub-group Integrative Medicine at Crossroads to emphasize his commitment to combining the best of conventional and non-conventional health care practices in the primary care setting.
His activities in this area started in 1970 when, as a medical student, he developed a research project to investigate the effect of meditation on health outcomes in people with seizure disorders.
He studied Acupuncture in the 1970’s. He came to Maryland to help start the Centre for Traditional Acupuncture (now Maryland University of Integrative Health) in 1976. He was on the faculty of the University of Maryland Family Practice Department from 1976 through 1980. During that time he developed a course for “Holistic Medicine” (now Complementary Alternative Medicine) for medical students. This was the first course of this type at a Medical School in the United States.
He has achieved Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal medicine and Geriatric Medicine. His current active certification is in Internal Medicine. His current interests include:
Optimizing the Aging Process: evaluation and treatment of the efficiency of energy production; chronic inflammation; hormonal balance and fitness.
Environmental Medicine: the effect of toxic burden on chronic illness and health.

Brittany Sellers joined the Crossroads Medical Associates team in 2009 working with Dr. Warren Ross. Dr. Ross has generously offered a variety of medical trainings and education which has enhanced Brittany’s career. She is lymphatic enhancement therapist and certified laser therapist as well as medical office coordinator and many other credentials.
Pat Yowell

After graduating high school, Pat Yowell served in the Arm Medical Corp. for three years. She then went on to be an instructor at the Medix School in Towson for two and a half years. She also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for two years. In 2000, she joined the staff at Crossroads Medical as a Certified Medical Technician. Since then, Pat has been honing her skills while working with Dr. Ross’ team and has become our OSHA instructor. In 2012, she became a Certified Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy Practitioner. In 2017, Pat received her laser certification for Phoenix Laser. Pat is committed to sharing her knowledge of Integrative Medicine with her clients and the staff.

Candice Wilkins joined the Crossroads Medical Associates team in 2004 working with Dr. Warren Ross and Dr. Alan Stahl. She is a clinical leader and is a great medical office coordinator. Candice is a Lymphatic Enhancement therapist and certified laser therapist as well as certified medical assistant with multiple other credentials.
